UK & NORTHERN IRELAND DELIVERY DETAILS 

Our minimum order value for online orders is £350 excluding VAT. Orders of £650 excluding VAT or more (UK ONLY) will be delivered FREE, however orders below the £650 figure will have a delivery charge of £30 applied. Orders to residential addresses on orders below £650 will instead have a delivery charge of £40 applied. Simply click ‘UK DELIVERY (TO A RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS)’ at checkout for your order to be delivered to a residential address. We endeavour to fulfil your delivery as soon as possible and normally manage this within 3 - 4 days, but at peak times do please allow for a maximum of 7 working days lead time from the time of placing the order. 

 

Please note that the £350 online minimum order applies to UK mainland only, anywhere outside of this may incur an additional minimum order value.Please note the exceptions below, orders to these addresses will be delivered FREE:

Minimum order for Isle of Wight is £1250.00

Minimum order for these following Scottish postcodes are £1250.00:  AB, DD, IV1-19, IV30-36, KY 

Minimum order for these Scottish postcodes are £1850.00:  HS, IV20-29, IV37+, KW, PA20+, PH, ZE

Minimum order for Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Man is £1850.00

 

Norther Ireland delivery notice: Unfortunately, due to the new Brexit regulations in place we have for the time being decided to withdraw our Delivery service to Northern Ireland. This will be kept under constant review and should this situation become clearer we will update the policy accordingly. Currently all Northern Ireland orders must be collected from our warehouse in London by yourselves or your appointed shipping agent with the appropriate documentation, and you will be required to provide commodity codes if asked for by customs.

UK CLICK & COLLECT

Our minimum order value for online orders is £350 excluding VAT. We will be happy to pick and pack your orders for you if you would prefer to collect it from our warehouse in London, should you want to take advantage of this service. Simply click ‘UK CLICK AND COLLECT’ at checkout. We work to get our orders ready to leave our warehouse as soon as possible and normally manage this within 3 -4 days, but at peak times do please allow for a maximum of 7 working days lead time from the time of placing the order. 

 

SHOP AND DELIVER (UK)

Should you prefer to shop in store and have your goods delivered, this can also be arranged. Fees may apply.

 

WORLDWIDE / EXPORT ORDERING

Our minimum order value for online orders is £350 and orders are VAT exempt. All International sales must be collected from our warehouse in London by your appointed shipping agent with the appropriate documentation. These orders will not incur a delivery charge. We work to get our orders ready to leave our warehouse as soon as possible and normally manage this within 3 -4 days, but at peak times do please allow for a maximum of 7 working days lead time from the time of placing the order for your shipping agent to collect.  RESIDENTIAL DELIVERIES 

If you do not select the 'UK DELIVERY (TO A RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS)’ option at checkout when delivering to a residential address, you will still be charged for this on your final invoice, where delivery charges apply.

 RE-DELIVERY POLICY 

We will book your delivery by the email used when ordering for the account the day it leaves our premises detailing date of delivery to you. If we do not hear from you, we take that as acceptance of that date. If you are not there to receive as agreed, the costs of a failed attempt and second delivery will be passed directly to you by secondary invoice. Any specific delivery requests MUST be entered in the comments box at checkout.

 DAMAGES & RETURNS 

Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery.  Please contact dee@efghousewares.co.uk and provide images and a full description of the damages.  Once received we will decide the best course of action regarding collection, credit and disposal.  We do not offer cash refunds.  Any returns approved by EFG will be issued as a credit note to use in store or on our website.  We reserve the right to charge for any reasonable costs encountered (your statutory rights remain unaffected). 

 ORDER CANCELLATIONS 

Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of ordering. Cancellations must be made on 0208 805 5756 EXT.515.
