How do I register for a Wholesale / Trade account with EFG?

To register for a trade account with us, you will need to be purchasing for a business and you can register with us in our London Warehouse or on our Website. Instructions are as follows:


Fast & easy Warehouse registration: Upon your first visit to our London site, you will need to produce two pieces of proof of business to validate the warehouse account registration. This can be anything that includes the company name and is addressed to the business that you are applying for. Some examples are invoices, business documents, etc.

What is the minimum order and delivery costs for UK website orders?

Our minimum order is £350 excluding VAT. FREE UK Delivery applies after you spend £650 excluding VAT at standard pricing and all orders below £650 will have a £30 delivery charge plus £10.00 residential surcharge where appropriate.


What is the procedure for placing Export / International orders?

When visiting our Warehouse: You will be required to provide your Certificate of Incorporation, a copy of your passport, and your business address in the country you are selling to. This is for legal reasons regarding VAT.


When ordering on our Website: All International orders made online must be collected from our premises by a registered shipper who can provide the correct shipping documents. This is for legal reasons regarding VAT.


My Payment has failed, how do I complete my order?

Please contact ASAP. Please ensure that if your payment details are correct and we will assist you to complete your order.


Can I pay by bank transfer? 

This option is not available on our website but if for whatever reason you cannot pay by Debit or Credit Card you will have to contact and we can arrange a bank transfer payment.


Do you offer credit facilities?

No, we are afraid this is not possible.


I have some damages on my order, help!

Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery. Please contact and provide images and a full description of the damages. Once received we will decide the best course of action regarding collection, credit and disposal. We do not offer cash refunds. Any returns approved by EFG will be issued as a credit note to use in store or on our website. We reserve the right to charge for any reasonable costs encountered (your statutory rights remain unaffected).


Why is my invoice total less that my website order?

We are a live Cash and Carry and whilst and we try to fulfil every product on every order, there may be a small disparity between physical stock and website stock.


Can I deliver to a UK residential address?

Yes, delivery is available to mainland UK residential addresses, however an additional fee of £10 will be charged to the £30 for orders below £650. Orders above £650 excluding VAT are eligible for free delivery when website prices are paid.  Please note that we are a TRADE ONLY wholesaler.




How long is my order going to take?

We work to get our orders out for delivery as soon as possible and normally manage this within 3 - 4 days but please allow for a maximum of 7 working days lead time from the time of placing the order.


Can I collect my goods instead of you delivering them (UK ONLY)?

Yes, absolutely, simply click ‘UK COLLECTION’ at checkout.


Do you deliver to Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland?

Unfortunately, we do not Deliver to Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. All Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland orders must be collected from our warehouse in London by your appointed shipping agent with the appropriate documentation.


Can I dropship my order to a third party or a customer’s address?

No, we are afraid this is not possible.


Do you provide labelling or prep services?

No, we are a wholesaler and not a prep centre. The goods we send are on pallets, not as parcels or cartons. We can happily put a label on pallets but not on individual products or cases. 


I wasn't in when you tried to deliver?

We will book your delivery by the email used when ordering for the account the day it leaves our premises detailing date of delivery to you. If we do not hear from you, we take that as acceptance of that date. If you are not there to receive as agreed, the costs of a failed attempt and second delivery will be passed directly to you by secondary invoice. Any specific delivery requests MUST be entered in the comments box at checkout. 




I would like to order in bulk quantities, can you arrange this for me and what is the procedure for special orders?

Purchasing in high quantities can depend on product to product and is not always available. You will need to specify which products you are looking to bulk buy to We will then forward your bulk buy enquiry on to the right departments. Once the order is received we will require a 25% non- refundable deposit this will allow us to place the order on our suppliers the balance will be payable before delivery of the goods.


How do I know if a product is sold in a pack / case?

On our website, where it says ‘PK’, it indicates that it is sold as a pack, followed by the quantity of units in the pack. For example, if a product shows ‘PK6’, it would mean that it is sold in a pack of 6.


I cannot see the quantity I want on your website. Can you get it for me?

Yes, providing our supplier has it, please contact and he will liaise with our team of buyers to secure the stock required.


Can you provide me a product data feed or spreadsheet containing all your stock, prices, and barcodes?

We are afraid that currently we are unable to send this list out to customers. Product information is available against each product on our website.


Can you provide me the commodity codes for your products?

We are afraid that currently we are unable to offer commodity codes on our products. They are available should you wish you to arrange your own EU collections and customs clearance. Please note we are unable to add commodity codes to your invoices.
