Delivery to UK mainland areas

  • FREE Delivery on ALL online orders above £650.00.
  • Minimum Order Value: £350.00 (excluding VAT).
  • Delivery Time: Typically 3-4 days, up to 7 working days during peak times.
  • Delivery Charges:
    • £30.00 for orders below £650.00.
    • Delivery to residential addresses: Additional charge of £10. At checkout, please ensure you select "UK DELIVERY (TO A RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS)". If not selected, the residential delivery charge will still apply on your final invoice.
    • Morning Delivery (Before 12pm): Additional charge of £10.
    • Afternoon Delivery (After 12pm): Additional charge of £12.

Delivery to non-UK mainland areas

  • FREE Delivery on ALL online orders.
  • Delivery Time: Typically 5-7 days, up to 10 working days during peak times.
  • Higher Minimum Order Values will apply, which are as follows:
    • Isle of Wight: £1250.00 (excluding VAT).
    • Certain Scottish postcodes (AB, DD, IV1-19, IV30-36 & KY): £1250.00 (excluding VAT).
    • Other Scottish postcodes (HS, IV20-29, IV37+, KW, PA20+, PH & ZE): £1850.00 (excluding VAT).
    • Jersey, Guernsey & Isle of Man: £1850.00 (excluding VAT).
    • Northern Ireland: £1500.00 (excluding VAT). Please note that a TSS number MUST be provided along with your GB EORI Number.

Global online orders

We export worldwide. Here's what you need to know:

  • Orders must be collected from our London warehouse by your appointed shipping agent.
  • VAT exempt ordering: Your shipper will need to provide appropriate documentation.
  • Minimum Order: £350.00.
  • Collection Time: Typically 3-4 days, up to 7 working days during peak times.

Republic of Ireland Export

Due to Brexit regulations, we have unfortunately paused ALL exports to the Republic of Ireland. We are happy to work on an ex-Works London basis, please contact mike@efghousewares.co.uk with any questions. 

Re-delivery Policy

You'll receive an email confirmation with your delivery date when your order leaves our premises. If we don’t hear from you, we’ll assume the date is accepted. If you're not available, any re-delivery costs will be invoiced to you. Please enter ALL specific delivery requests in the comments box at checkout.

Damages & Returns

Report claims within 7 days of delivery to huriye@efghousewares.co.uk with images and a description of the damages. We'll determine the next steps for collection, credit, and disposal. Approved returns are issued as credit notes for use in store or online. We may charge for reasonable costs (your statutory rights remain unaffected).

Order Cancellations

We allow cancellations within 24 hours. You can to this by calling 0208 805 5756 EXT.526 or EXT.595.
