UK & Northern Ireland Delivery details 

Our Minimum order online is £300 excluding VAT. Orders of £600 or more (UK ONLY) will be delivered FREE, however orders below the £600 figure will have a delivery charge of £25 applied. We endeavour to fulfil your delivery as soon as possible and normally manage this within 3 - 4 days, but please allow for a maximum of 7 working days lead time from the time of placing the order. 

Please note that free delivery is for UK mainland only, anywhere outside of this may incur an additional charge. Please note the exceptions below. Collections from these areas can still be made after spending £300 or more:

Minimum order for delivery to Isle of Wight is £1200.00

Minimum order for delivery to the following Scottish post codes are £1200.00:  AB, DD, KY, PA

Minimum order for delivery to the following Scottish post codes are £1800.00:  HS, IV, KW, PH, ZE

Minimum order for delivery to Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Man is £1800.00

Unfortunately, due to the new Brexit regulations in place we have for the time being decided to withdraw our Delivery service to Northern Ireland. This will be kept under constant review and should this situation become clearer we will update the policy accordingly. 

Currently all Northern Ireland orders must be collected from our warehouse in London by your appointed shipping agent with the appropriate documentation.

 

UK Click & Collect

We will be happy to pick and pack your orders for you if you would prefer to collect it from our warehouse in London, should you want to take advantage of this service. Simply click ‘UK COLLECTION’ at checkout.

 

UK Shop and Deliver

Should you prefer to shop in store and have your goods delivered, this can also be arranged. Fees may apply.

 

Worldwide / Export Ordering

The minimum spend online is £300 and orders are VAT exempt. All International sales must be collected from our warehouse in London by your appointed shipping agent with the appropriate documentation. These orders will not incur a delivery charge. We work to get our orders ready to leave our warehouse as soon as possible and normally manage this within 3 -4 days but please allow for a maximum of 7 working days lead time from the time of placing the order. 

 

REFUNDS, RETURNS & DAMAGES POLICY: Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery along with pictures of the damaged items.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of ordering. Cancellations must be made on 0208 805 5756 EXT.505.
