In-Store Purchases:

  • Items purchased in-store can be returned if they are faulty or damaged.
  • Faulty or damaged items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or replacement.
  • We do not accept returns for change of mind or for items that are not faulty.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  • Your statutory rights from the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain unaffected.

Online Purchases:

  • You have a legal right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. You must notify us in this case.
  • Items must be in their original packaging, re-sellable and unused.
  • Online orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided that the order has not been dispatched. Requests made after this period may, at the Company’s sole discretion, be accepted for certain items and, if accepted, may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%, together with the deduction of any delivery or collection charges incurred at the actual industry cost.   • Exceptions to the return policy include Perishable goods, and Hygiene or beauty products that have been unsealed.

Refund Timeframes:

  • Refunds for faulty or damaged goods will be processed promptly once the return is received. While we aim to complete refunds within 7–10 business days, the timeline may vary depending on your payment method or bank.
