Returns & Damages Policy
We are committed to ensuring the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Report claims to returns@efghousewares.co.uk with clear images and a detailed description of the damages.
Upon receiving your claim, we'll assess the situation and advise on the next steps, which may include collection, issuing a credit note, or arranging for disposal of the damaged items.
Returns Process
All approved returns will be issued as credit notes, which can be used for purchases in-store or online. Please note that reasonable costs may be charged in certain circumstances, which will be communicated during the returns process. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
