Substitute products on website orders

As a business, we pride ourselves on our picking and getting your order fulfilment to 100% as much as possible, but this is of course not always possible due to the nature of our live cash and carry business.

However, we'd like to offer a direct replacement for any items you've ordered that is not in stock at the time of picking. The substitute items would be like-for-like and any changes in terms of price or brand would be shown on your final invoice.
